Sometimes a rental agreement needs to be amended. For example, when one of the tenants wants to relinquish the agreement, in the event of death or when a new tenant is added. Please contact us to find out which amendment applies to you and how to request it. Each request will be assessed by Lieven de Stad. You will receive confirmation of whether or not the agreement can be amended

What documents do I need to provide?

  • A copy of a valid ID;

  • Motivation;

  • Extract from the Civil Registry;

  • Income details. An income statement from the Tax Authorities, annual statements and salary slips from the last three months;

  • Landlord’s statement;

  • Emailadress;

  • Phonenumber.

Are there any costs involved in the amendment?

If your request is approved, you will be charged an administration fee of EUR 75.00 for the new rental agreement.
