Sometimes a rental agreement needs to be amended. For example, when one of the tenants wants to relinquish the agreement, in the event of death or when a new tenant is added. What documents do I need to provide?

  • A copy of a valid ID;

  • Motivation;

  • Extract from the Civil Registry;

  • Income details. An income statement from the Tax Authorities, annual statements and salary slips from the last three months;

  • Landlord’s statement;

  • Emailadress;

  • Phonenumber.

Are there any costs involved in the amendment?

If your request is approved, you will be charged an administration fee of EUR 75.00 for the new rental agreement.
