I am looking for a house to rent

In order to qualify for Lieven de Stad housing, you must register yourself on Lieven de Stad's waiting list. You can register from the age of 18 and registration is completely free and without obligation. You can register via inschrijven.lievendestad.nl. These houses are for rent, provided you meet certain conditions:

You must meet the following conditions:

• Your net monthly income is at least three times the rent (including service charges);
• You have a fixed income from employment or from your own company.

Before the start of the rental agreement, the one-off initial fee has to be paid, which consists of:

• Rent and service charges;
• Deposit (at least one month’s rent plus service charges);
• Administration fee of EUR 75.

I am looking for a parking space

Are you interested in renting your own parking space? Please contact us to discuss the available parking spaces.

We charge the following fees for renting a parking space:

• Rent;
• Security deposit (minimum one month’s rent);
• Administration fee of EUR 20.

I am looking for business premises

Lieven de Stad rents business premises in all shapes and sizes. Retail spaces, office spaces, but also workshops and/or practice and storage spaces. 

Creditworthiness check
After checking your details and your creditworthiness, we will contact you. If there are several potential tenants, we will assess who will be the best fit for the space.

Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)
You must provide us with a Certificate of Good Conduct.

The one-off initial fee must be paid before the start of the rent, which consists of:

• first full calendar month’s rent (and/or part of the month if the rent does not start on the first day of the calendar month) (including service charges and VAT);
• administration costs;
• deposit.

I want to buy a house
Lieven de Stad regularly offers tenants the opportunity to buy the house they are renting. However, not all houses are eligible for sale. Would you like to know whether it is possible to buy the house you are renting? Please contact us.

The advantages are:

• No annual rent increase, but fixed monthly costs;
• All the freedom you need to renovate the house to your own taste.
