How do I create a new account to access my details?

  1. Make sure your emailaddress is known at Lieven de Stad. Please contact Lieven de Stad; 
  2. Make sure your phone number is known at Lieven de Stad. Please contact Lieven de Stad; 
  3. Create an account with your e-mail address and go through all the steps;
  4. Once everything has been verified, you can view all your details in your account.

What should I do if I have a new e-mail address?

Give your new emailaddress to Lieven de Stad. As soon as your new e-mail address is correctly entered in the Lieven de Stad system, you can create a new account with your new emailaddress. Your old account will expire.
