You pay the rent to Lieven de Stad every month. The full amount must be paid before the first day of the following month. You can pay the rent in different ways, i.e. by direct debit, a monthly payment order or by email (AcceptEmail). Landlords of business premises or private houses can only pay by direct debit.
Direct debit
You can have the rent deducted from your account every month by direct debit. You can authorise Lieven de Stad to do this. We will debit the amount every last day of the month.
Payment by email (AcceptEmail)
If you pay by AcceptEmail, you will receive a digital bill no later than the 28th of each month. You can pay the rent by bank transfer or pay in cash by making a deposit at a GWK or Travelex office. Do not forget to state your rental agreement number.
Monthly standing order
You can also instruct your bank to make a monthly payment or a periodic transfer. You can authorise this standing order yourself through Internet Banking. The rent will be debited every month on the date indicated by you. The IBAN account number of Lieven de Stad is NL55INGB0008132771.
